There is a rumor going around in the 9th region that Holmes got to practice at the Bank of Kentucky Center Saturday and Sunday before the 9th region don't know if it's true or not heard it from a lot people down in the State tourney this past weekend.

Don't know just what I heard from people down state this weekend. I guess they thought maybe it was advantage for them to practice there wish in IMO in is a advantage.

This is a problem if it is additional time the other teams did not get.

If this was true, they would've had to have practiced there the afternoon following the draw, which also happened to be the day after Ruthsatz hit the miracle against them in district.

Did any of the other seven teams in 9th Region tourney ask to practice at BOK Center as well? Sounds like it's only a story if the other teams were treated differently. In any event, I can't see how it helped Holmes all that much, because they certainly weren't in top form vs. Cooper and CovCath, as opposed to how well they played vs. PRP at Rupp.

Understand the concerns but it is a dead issue at this point. IMO I highly doubt it happened but if it did then honestly who cares. It is over and done with. Holmes easily could have lost the semi and final.

Holmes practiced there after they wom the 9th before going to Rupp.

No one to my understanding was allowed to practice prior to the games at the BOKC that is why if you remember one of my complaints against the BOKC was not giving each team at least a half an hour shoot around time! No one that I know of got to shoot at the BOKC prior to the twenty minute mark of each pre games.

 

If indeed Homes did get time at the BOKC and no one else did, then yes that would be an issue that would be needed to be taken up with those in charge.
