This may be the most lopsided first round game. Shane Hall is fun to watch but Ballard's guards are to much.

Ballard by 15

I expect two things to happen in this one:

 

1) truth will be exposed on the big stage

2) a very one-sided game

 

Ballard wins big.

I honestly think Ballard will run the bottom of the bracket with pretty much ease.... At definitely until Saturday night at least....

Ballard cruises to quarter finals.

Ballard is good. Really good.

 

They've only lost one game to Kentucky competition all year -- a one-point defeat at the hands of Trinity in the LIT championship -- and they've since exorcised that particular demon.

 

They'll continue their run over Kentucky opposition here.

If by truth you mean the 15th Region isn't very good, and Ballard is very good...then yes.

 

Shane Hall can still play at this level. His AAU games against players nearer his skill level are where he actually attracts the recruits; nobody at Ballard will dominate him individually. I don't know that his guards will be able to get the ball down the court and get it TO him in this game, is the problem here.

 

Sad to say, this'll be over early. But no team in the 15th would stand a chance here either. Not this year.

Truth is..the 15th Region just can't compete at this level. Not this season, anyways.

The best matchup here will be Kelan Martin vs Shane Hall

Too much quickness and too many athletes playing for Ballard. Even if this one were to stay close, I would think that their depth would eventually wear Johnson Central out.

If I were him, I'd try to get the commitment out of the way.

9-0 Ballard thus far in the vote. Hope JC brings plenty of tape for those ankles....some of their kids will get their first look at Q.

I hope Johnson Central's guards can get it past half court to showcase Hall's game. He might not get many touches with Ballard in transition all night.
