What do you mean they are on the same team. One plays for Cooper and the other Brossart. Looks to be 2 different teams to me.

Didn't have the match-ups on the 34 but got the rest right but 1. After seeing the matchup, Dixie was obvious but the other 2 was a toss up. Looks like some of my top pitchers are in this race though. 1. Dunn - Cooper 2. Verst - Brossart 3. Cain - NCC 4. Maines - Conner 5. Ganns - Boone 6. Ward - CC 7. Hoard - Ryle 8. Collins - Cooper 9. Suchanek - BW 10.Kuebbing - SH

There are 2 other pitchers that are Juniors I know of that are being looked at by D1 schools. One being Ganns from Boone and Dunn from Cooper.

Oldog....I am 110 percent behind you and JJ on this. IMO it shows me signs of weakness. Chatter is fine, but I've seen some teams that have been mentioned and a few others that really take it to another level. Best way to shut that up is just start beating them and keep pouring it on. The more you pour it on the less talk. This to me shows a bad reflection on the Coach of that team. JMO!!!

I haven't been on here long, but I have noticed you have mentioned you are a scout for some small school. JMO....I don't really see a scout getting on here voicing their opinion on what a kid does or doesn't do. This thread started about a game and has been turned into "The Days of Our Lives".

36th Highlands NCC These 2 should come out of the district easy. It is the weakest district! 35th CCH Holy Cross CCH looks to have gotten the luck of the draw and should be there for sure. I give HC a very very slight edge since these 2 teams have played against each other with Beechwood taking those games. I wouldn't be surprised if Beechwood did actually win though. 34th Need the match-ups 33rd Ryle Boone County This is bar none the toughest district to call IMO. I feel that there seems to be a lot of things going on with Conner, but hard to keep them out. No surprise if they get in also. My Darkhorse in this would be Cooper. They are scary and being a betting man, I will probably take this one since the odds of Cooper beating them look to be in a betting mans favor as far as payouts go. :ylsuper:

I did read your quote. I guess everyone has a different perception of High 80's. I was thinking 88-89. Who and where have you clocked some of the other pitchers that have been mentioned in this thread or previous threads?

Being friends with Dunn's dad, I would say he has not been at his best yet and don't think he belongs in the Top 5. I am not surprised with Lawhorn, I was told he was a tough little lefty. From what I understand Lawhorn has been huge this year and the Smith kid and Dunn are starting to pick up the slack to create a tough 3 for Cooper. Errors and Passed balls have been a problem from what I hear as you mentioned also. I take it that Cooper is a 4 seed and will have to face Powerhouse Ryle. This should be very interesting just due to the fact that Cooper might be the scariest of 4th or 5th seed in the region.

Kuebbing may want to let "Inquiring Minds" how he picked up those extra 4-5 MPH. Last I read you had mentioned him topping 84mph, and heard the same from a friend that attended a camp, he was topping 84mph. That is still solid, but just wondering since you stated you are a scout on here how he picked that up in just a couple months at best and was hurt for I thought at least a couple weeks. Impressive IMO either way, was just wanting to get your thoughts.
