With all due respect to PBR, the best catcher in the 9th region isn't listed on the top 200? There's a kid named Blake Roederscheimer (sp??) that catches for Boone County who is one of the best that I've seen in a long time.

I think Boone is a better team with Aaron and it would be foolish to not let him play his Senior year. I'll say it again, he's a great kid and whether you argue for or against his decision to try and transfer ultimately it doesn't matter the circumstance of why he is back. Simple fact he is back and can be very helpful to the team.

Aaron is a great kid with great parents. He should be welcomed back with open arms.

Agree, the Boone SS was fantastic. I also thought the Boone catcher had a great game behind the plate as well.

You are correct, just a great game by two really good teams. They've played twice now, the first was the 6-5 extra inning game that Boone won and now this one by Conner with the highlight real home run. If these two played ten times I'm guessing the series would end up 5-5. Both teams are fun to watch.

I don't have a dog in the fight but I went and watched this game and in the 9th region if you draw Conner or Boone your seed won't matter because you will have your hands full with either one. Good luck to the one seed that draws Boone.

Well said! Coach Huff also surrounds himself with top assistants. He brought in Bob Meyerhoff last year to coach and develop the JV players. That move has already paid huge dividends this year with the kids that were JV last year and now are up on varsity.

Coach Huff is a great coach that's why he's able to attract good players who want to go to Boone and play for him. He's had some talented teams over the last few years that have kept the Boone program trending up and competitive year in and year out. Coach Huff has the ability to attract good players as well as good assistants. Kudos to Coach Huff for building and maintaing a top program.

I've seen them against each other and also watched both of them against other schools and I would say that you could make the case for Co-Players of the year. I've seen alot of nice players this Spring at various games but Ganns & Dunn are definitely head and shoulders above all others this year. Both are great players with bright futures.

Unfortunately coaches and AD's for the most part seem to be under valued all over the country.

Mr. Hellbird if you've been ejected from a H.S. event as a spectator for any reason, then you really shouldn't be judging others, commenting on others behaviors or posting threads like this. I doubt that you said one senece for an entire game and that is why an umpire threw you out. Stop judginging others and stick to posts that are related to the game of baseball. Thanks!
