Well done to everyone on the list, especially the Beechwood Tigers. To get on this list you have put in a lot of hard work and reps. You don't become a top level baseball player just because of God given talent. Trying to hit a baseball will humble the greatest of athletes.

This is an interesting list. I would like for Chris Fuller of PBR put one of these together to see how they would compare.

Great job by Skinner. Hard to rank kids that play different positions. Congrats to all of the kids mentioned.

IMO this list has more credibility than PBR when ranking players in the area. Considering this is a list compiled of coaches that actually watched these kids in game situations throughout the year.

I am NOT saying he should be anywhere on the list yet but.....

 

I am very interested to see how the young Heppler kid does for CCH this season. In the few ABs I saw last year the kid looks like he can really hit.

I could be wrong, but I think PBR rates more on projectability. Hard to argue the list, ask anyone to rank playees you will get several different answers depending on how that kid pkayed vs that coaches team. Of tge ones I have seen, my top 5 in order would be Shreiver, Forbes. Stringer, Suchanek, and Gannes. Again, same kids for most part, just shuffled. Several of those I have not seen.

Adam Daria is another player to watch.

Jake Whitford a junior from HHS is a smooth fielding SS with a ton of pop in his bat. He is about 6'2 or 6'3 with a very nice left handed swing. If he can stay healthy I could see him getting some college looks.:thumb:

Keep an eye out for Blake Roedersheimer (sp?) the Junior catcher over at Boone. I saw him last year and he's going to be a good one.
