Interesting (3) guys from Cooper from a team that finished 15-14.
I would think if you had (3) of the top players in the eyes of the coaches you would have a little better record.
Difference in the game........Confidence.....Cov Cath has it.
They did not have it in the first meeting. CCH played a very timid, almost scared game the first time.
CCH by 5-6
You are way off base.
The colonel faithful, parents & players are very happy with coach Ruthsatz & his staff.
They also understand how good Nick R is and his contributions to the team but with any player, even above average players, there is always room for improvement.
And yes Nick had an exceptional night at SK
Ludlow would be on my list of over achievers they certainly have been competitive.
Considering they lost leading scorer & PG Burt Pouncy to the Indians.
Haven't seen SK play this year.
What should Cov Cath expect from SK? Are they big? Are they guard heavy? Do they run? What are the key match ups going to be?
Very balanced game by Dixie. The have the best starting 5 that I have seem this year in the 9th. Their experience showed, CCH made a nice come back to get it within 4 when Dixie went through a few minutes of poor shooting strech but the maintained composure and brought the lead back to 12 or so. CCH doesn't have that "experience" they get down and feel like they need to force things.
Why do they bother with FG % .
There should be a minimum of shots taken..... 25 or 50 attempts .... average of 2 or 3 attempts per game ....something
20-30 kids listed as shooting 100% but only 2 or 3 attempts????
Why bother.
Campbell played for CCPA last year (Cincinnati College Preparatory Academy) he played summer ball with Burt Pouncy & Christian McClendon.
That's his tie to the Indians.
