Holmes 65-60 to win their 5th straight district title.

I would be shocked if CovCath was able to put another good game together after that 3 OT war tonight. I will take Holmes by 2, same margin as the regular season.

Holmes by 7

Really depends on if Palmer can play. He might have a concussion and who knows how bad. The 'dogs are only playing 7 players since Knox and Lewis left the team. Depth is an issue if Palmer can't play. If Palmer plays Holmes by 4-5, if not, CCH by 4-5 because Palmer is an outstanding caretaker of the ball. As CCH has pretty much owned HC, the 'dogs have pretty much owned CCH over the last few years. It should be "all that".

CCH by 5.

Why did Know and Lewis leave?

Holmes by 4.

Tough game to pick and I agree it depends if Palmer plays or not. I think he will be fine but if not, things could get interesting.

I will say this though... Having Bolden in there instead, Holmes doesn't miss a beat. Kid is really gaining confidence and I think if he is called upon, it could be his coming out party.

In the end, I'm gonna say Rice is the x-factor and Holmes by no more than 5.

Bolden can definitely play, but w/o Palmer they go 6 deep. Palmer will probably be fine, but will they play him due to cautionary stuff. The region is more important now than the district finals IMO. I'm sure they want to play him, but you can't take unnecessary chances with these things. That is if there really is a probem.

This should be an entertaining game.

Will CCH play zone or man?

Bolden had his coming out party last week at Pendleton Co, when he went off in the 4th quarter.

Will Holmes rely on the jump shot or try taking the ball to the hole?

I think CovCath will ride the emotional tidal wave into this game and win the District. Ruthsatz will have a huge game and the Colonels will build a fence around Rice.

Coach Ruthsatz has done a nice job of developing his bench the latter part of the year with Heppler, Cleves, etc

My guess is CCH will employ a zone for much of the game against Holmes until a Dog shoots the Colonels out of it. Biggest challenge will be finding Dogs to block out on long shot attempts.

Should be fun.

I truly do not know why, but home someone will comment on, but seems no one wants to explain what happened. Regardless, I think the Colonels pull off another upset and win by 6

Not much to explain. Knox was removed from the team. No clue about Lewis.

Coaches choice on Knox, Lewis, the player's choice. Nothing else really needs to be explained.
