  4. Wow! Being a Cov Cath fan I never saw this coming. I assumed Dale Mueller would be at the helm for 20 more years. It's a wonderful thing for a man to be able to look back on a 20 year career with such success and say, it's time to move on with another page in my life. Congratulations on a wonderful career, you made NKY football better!
  5. Moeller dodged a bullet...... the Colonels were ready to roll tonight.
  6. Is this a varsity only event? Or will there be some freshman & JV games?
  7. Incredible talent. No wonder very few teams compete for the state volleyball title. (9) committed D1 players & 5-6 others on the verge.... has there ever been a KY state championship game played in any sport with that kind of talent?
  8. Cousins Morgan's dad Mike is Tony's dad Bill's younger brother.
  9. Did Parker Stansberry play for Transy? If so, how did he do? Does Reiger from Brossart still play for Transy?

  19. Round 2 Cov Cath vs. Lex Cath Saturday at 11am at Lex Cath When are the other games??????
  20. Does anyone have the tournament brackets for Kentucky High School lacrosse playoffs?
  21. CovCath won 12 to 7, after twice letting a three goal leads evaporate. Cov Cath had balanced scoring, except for a monster game from Kevin Boerger (4) goals & (2) assist. The defence played a solid game behind goalie Zack Tobler's 12 saves. CCH improves to 3-0
  22. My understanding is that if your school has a team you must play for your school. So a kid from Dixie must play Dixie, the warriors is not an option for him. I think the Warriors are the only "open" club team in the state, mainly to help grow the sport.
  23. KSHAA does not recognize lacrosse as varisty sport so technically all teams in Kentucky are club teams.
  24. Are you or your kids interested in lacrosse? This is you chance to see (2) Northern Kentucky teams play. Covington Catholic plays the N.KY. Warriors Tuesday at Beechwood High School in Ft.Mitchell, KY. Varsity 6pm JV at 7:30 This is always a fun game since so many of the kids know each other. CovCath has a lot of players that played for Warriors' middle school program.
  25. CovCath opened the season with a division win over Scott County. Scott County hung in there early with the score tied at 3-3 but the more talented Colonels extended the lead and never looked back. CovCath had balance scoring but the star of the game was Nick Stutler 5 goals & 1 assist. Others scoring for CovCath were (2)Jeff Maloney, (2) Kevin Boerger, (2) Brooks, (1)Brett Micek. CCH goalie Zack Tobler had a solid game with 6 saves. Next up for CovCath Friday 6pm at Lexington Lafayette
