CovCath opened the season with a division win over Scott County. Scott County hung in there early with the score tied at 3-3 but the more talented Colonels extended the lead and never looked back.

CovCath had balance scoring but the star of the game was Nick Stutler 5 goals & 1 assist.

CCH goalie Zack Tobler had a solid game with 6 saves.
