There’s always some truth to stories like this. Never get full truth from both sides. Parent with daddy google. Coaches must have thick skin. The AD just got fired/non-renewed as well. Wonder if it’s connected to this? Grant should be favored to win the district with all 5 starters returning.

This is always a tough 3 team district. Oldham is way better than their record and could beat anyone in region when playing well. South was my favorite in pre-season and I still think they win the district even with North playing really great right now.

SK is playing good right now. Can they get back to 8th region finals? I feel like flu has hit a lot of teams this year.

Any stats on this one. Been a while since Henry beat Grant. Both teams with a pretty good scorer.

Walton is good. They have good size, strength, and a really athletic scorer.

Great win Collins! South is still a top contender and will bounce back.

Ben Bosse knocked down a bunch of 3’s for Grant county. He had to have 7-8 3s for the game. Ries for St.henry had their first 12 points of game. Then sat most of second quarter. Grant was down by double digits first quarter then played well after that.

I’m sure the money is better at Tates Creek.

AD does not work in building and can’t be reached until after 4pm. He works a full time job and comes to school for the part time AD position. His position pays a tiny stipend for the amount of work involved.

New principal, new assistant principal, new middle school principal, new superintendent.

Good luck coach Tyler Jones. 2 years of coaching experience(one Frosh/one middle). Every coach has to start somewhere to get that experience. There will be a learning curve for sure and it will take great support staff to get program going. Firing all assistants is not a good start. Tyler Jones won’t be successful because Grant county AD and athletic administrators are a total joke. If there are not major changes in terms of support and facilities Grant county will always struggle. Not sure how a school that size does not have a full time AD, a second gym, turf fields, or a full size weight room. 32nd will be down some next year with SK being the front runners. Grant has some potential with a solid core juniors and 5-6 seniors.

With that being said hopefully new coach has a new staff lined up.

This would prob be a good hire and good for him to get experience.

All 3 assistants were terminated today so I would assume they will announce today or tomorrow.
