Last week Frankfort had one for taunting during a 71 yard td reception and Bellevue had 2 out of frustration. I would hardly say that the Panthers are prone to that. If Frankfort isso bad, they shoulda be a 5-5 team, instead of their only loss to a 12-0 team in 5A. 11-1 takes some amount of discipline, doesn't it? Frankfort is allowed to be a good football team without all of the negative stigma people wish to add. I have read many post in the past that also say our kids are good kids as well. I would say that none of the schools we have played would tell you we ran a score up. I can assure you that we have some young kids that are glad we do not. They get a lot of playing time because we do not.

Npuff, Not sure what that comment was about. Frankfort kids held themselves together. Bellevue kids were a little mouthy and our kids did not bite. I thought it was a great game. Bellevue played well also. The score was low because the tigers controlled the clock well and kept the Panthers on defense. The Panthers defense was very good stopping the run and held on first and goal from 5 on one drive and may some key tackles for.loss when they needed it. Congrats to Bellevue on a great season.

Why does Frankfort have to be brought up in every post about Mayfield. Mayfield is not brought in any Frankfort post, unless a Mayfield fan does so. We are focused on Belleview and hopefully then the Paris/Beechwood winner. Just sayin'

I will chime in here. What most people do not understand is that, because of the talent level of Woodside and Timmons, the rest are overlooked. FC's supporting cast is very good. Yes there have been some issues about giving up points, but their defense is on the field for along time in some of these games because the offense scores quicker than you can say "Conner". I think that Maupin, Roberts, McCaskell, the Hurste kid and others, do cause problems as well because so much attention is put on Timmons and Woodside. I think FC may have it figured out this year because their kids just refuse to lose.

The DE was Josh Padone. The runner with the big night was McGee. Passing was off because of weather and Frankfort never.flipped the field. Tough night for offense. I see what you meant now. Watch Frank and the Ads. That qb is a good size kid but had a off night but #3 picked it up. The kid who was the most impressive was the DE Hawkins, he had a huge game

I am not looking past bw, I am responding to the preview. The preview had Frankfort and Mayfield in the regional final. I was just flipping the score. I also stated we needed to handle their business first. I am not trying to prognosticate, merely respond to the opinion of the preview. There is no question that Jackson is very talented, we have a couple of very good Jacksons also. We also have a McGee, 3 Washington's, a Maddox and a Hawkins. There is no question about Mayfield and Beechwood having outstanding teams and history. I think your review of the regions and the outcome is informative. However, even with favorable mentions of Frankfort team, I think that without seeing this team play lately you cannot understand the talent level they possess. The question may be does Mayfield have the speed to keep up with Frankfort. Frankfort's defense may be the fastest I have been around in years. The problem with stopping their offense is, that if you stop the passing game, which most have not, there are so many Rb's that can make plays that it dishartens teams about who they should stop. I watched Frankfort score 24 pts in less than 2 minutes a couple of weeks ago. I see it, Frankfort 34- Mayfield 20 if they both take care of business until regional final. IMO

I think Frankfort wins in a similar way as they did.with Eminence. Way to many weapons and talent. Frankfort 70- 14

Final. Frankfort scored any and every way possible. 5 td's passing, 3 rushing, the rest on Defense and special teams.

Being around another 1a school that has some interest in that game. I took a look at the Fulton City and Fulton Co. Teams they both have played to similar outcomes, it could be a closer game based on that info. IMO

38-0 Frankfort. Panthers were a little complacent in first half.

The big receiver is a senior as well and having a great year also. I think he was 4th or 5th on the khsaa stat leaders. He has around 720 yards rec. In 6 games. They also have a 450 yard rec. That is a sophomore.

That is not Bolin on sideline. Bolin has knee injury. left for MRI.

12-6 Bath first half

Hawkins was 12/22 182 yards 2td's and several yards rushing. He has some darn good receivers on that team. Frankfort was slow to.get going, but the flood gates opened in 2 nd quarter

Who wins and why? Should be a great game.
