  1. So much for Scott being preseason #2 in the 10th. How did Sowder do?
  2. Thats true. He definately has the glove to do it.
  3. Yeah his bat is id say. But also the Varsity team has a pretty solid short stop in Corbin Dematteo. York would be a good back up though.
  4. Who pitched for the Camels?
  5. Just got home from my sons freshman game, its still being played right now and it started at 7 30! So mom is at the game with him. But I saw the tail end of this game and the JV Colonels looked good. York seems like a pretty solid short stop. Welp got to get to bed. Works early in the morning!
  6. Yeah except he already signed to play at Transy.
  7. Who cares. We are 8 months away from it.
  8. Id say Nick West or Austin Pugh most likely.
  9. How did Zerhusen and Conelly do for the Cru? Also how did Gray, Rebholze, Teegarden and Kremer do for CC?
  10. My son is very good friends with the Norton boys. They both are great athletes. Good luck to both Tanner and Travis this season!
  11. They will definately need this young man to compete.
  12. 2 very solid players. I got a chance to talk to Laurens Dad and Mom over the winter and it seems as if she belongs to a great family also!
  13. I have a son on the freshman team at Dixie Heights so no I am not. My son knows who Tyler and many other of the Dixie Heights varsity players are though.
  14. When will Roenker be able to throw for the Indians this year?
  15. No sir its not. PM me and ill tell you who I am.
  16. Holy Cross went to Dixie for a scrimmage game today. It was the second game of a double header for the Colonels. I actually made it to this game. I dont know the score of the game but I do know that Dixie won this game pretty handly. Pitching in this game for the Colonels took over. Smallwood, Stansberry, Sexton, Barnhorst, Popham, Dematteo and Campbell all threw today. Barnhorst and Campbell were the only Dixie pitchers to give up runs. Smallwood was dominant. He only threw maybe 18 pitches in his 2 innings striking out close to 5. Hehas some GREAT velocity on his fastball and some nasty unfair off speed pitches. He will be a force to wrecken with this season. Stansberry looks to have added some velocity on his fastball on the offseason. He was humming today. Also Sexton looks to have added a couple MPH on his fast ball today. Also he has some great off speed pitches. First time I personally got to see him throw and I was quite impressed, I'm pretty sure he K'd all 3 of his batters he faced. The Indians did not throw Roenker but they made up for that by hitting the ball pretty solid. Klei from Dixie goes deep by the way. All in all a good game of baseball. :dancingpa
  17. Game times got changed up a little bit. Ryle vs. Dixie Heights @ Dixie Heights @ 11:30am Holy Cross vs. Dixie Heights @ Dixie Heights @ 2:00pm
  18. Yes. Dixie's field is already looking great. From what I heard they already had an inner squad scrimmage sometime last week on their baseball field.
  19. No. He's not playing this season.
  20. Jordan Hassel will get a lot of playing time this next season. He is a great ball player. Also Paul Wigger will see some PT.
  21. Josh Bertke is fine. He will carry the pitching load for Beechwood this spring.
  22. I think this and when Ludlow beat Cov Cath in baseball a couple years back are close.
  23. Exactly. Them and Beechwood are going to struggle to get through districts.
