Great game for the Bulldogs, coming away with a great win. Both teams played very well.

So much for Scott being preseason #2 in the 10th. How did Sowder do?

Sowder pitched 6 complete innings, giving up only two or three true runs. Errors def hurt Scott in the field. He also went 1-4 at the plate.

Scott has one of the best pitchers in the region in Sowder and has a decent staff to go along with him but after that its a complete mess. The great equalizer in baseball is the pitching position. You will see alot of close games this year against the good and bad teams. It might be a long year for Scott after going to the 10th Region Championship the past 2 years.
