Is he playing in a league now? Seems odd the high school coach would allow that this close to the season. Did he play this summer when Pendleton scrimmaged Bracken because a player of this caliber I would have remembered.

I can see Cole Hegyi getting a lot of minutes. Plays hard on both ends and can put the ball in the hole.

Go to the BCHS website under boys basketball then go to history.

According to school website its Eddie Hopkins 73-76 with 1650 pts. Austin had 267 pts as 8th grader and 699 last year as 9th grader. Said his brother Grant finished with 562 pts.

How were all these players ruled eligible to play in the first place? Is it like the NCAA where you can play now but when we get time to look into it you will then be punished?

He has Trey Farmer listed as a sophomore, thought he was going to be a junior.

30-8 on the year and 3 championships is pretty impressive. But it was a sad day as coach Hamm informed the kids he has taken a position in Florida and would no longer be able to coach them in the future. I wish Hamm all the luck in starting his career. It just won't be the same seeing my boy play for a different coach.

And you make it sound like because he has a bachelors degree that means something.All that means is an aides position at an aides pay. You want to be paid like a teacher, that takes more schooling.

Heard a position was offered to Hinson, all he had to do was finish his schooling, said no. To me, that's being as fair as you can be in this situation.
