I agree, if no one has home court advantage. For example have the 35th at Conner every year; 33rd at Holmes etc. With the way the rule is now however, Beechwood has every right to host the Disctrict at their gym.

First of all as an HC fan, Ben Weyer is the best player in the region hands down. Second of all, I want to give credit to the HC team after Their best player went out. They battled all the way til the end and actually cut it to 3 or 4 a few times. Both teams were unbelievable from the free throw line. NCC played great defense all night and could double Schrand after Bezold went out which really hurt HC. Good luck to NCC down state! Best wishes to Tyler Bezold for a fast recovery!

To answer a few of the questions that have not been answered... I believe its Beechwood's turn to host the District. Also, since this district began seeding in 2000, HC has never been the #1 seed in the District. Prior to 2000 this District was always blind draw so all of the great teams HC had in the 90s were never in a seeded district.

Just messing with you Tiger lol I think Elizabethtown is the obvious favorite and will be tough for anyone to beat but the top half of the bracket is LOADED and wouldn't be totally shocked if they lost

Polar bear if you got what you wanted the 9th region would have 27 teams in it lol. What makes the most sense to me is having the 9th be Boone and Kenton county schools and move all Campbell county schools to the 10th
