Campbell County/Dixie Heights Updates
You better worry about SK they are losing again tonight. I'd say last week wasn't a fluke maybe CC and SK are neither one very good but SK may just be worse.

Campbell County/Dixie Heights Updates
I told a co-worker of mine today who is a Camel grad that this game worried me. They just can't seem to play on the same level week in and week out. Of course it could be Dixie is improving. I couldn't make the game so I appreciate the updates.

Bir vs. McCoy
I think Bir is only because I don't know CovCath's roster as well. I think if McCoy went down as good as he is and not taking anything away from him, Houliston steps in the Bird's continue to roll. I'm not sure the same is true at CovCath.

Highlands schedule in 2013
I'm really suprised with the schedule, I wouldn't think Dale would want that early L in week 2! :walk:

Campbell County 29 Simon Kenton 28
6-1 isn't bad, I guess the cake walk schedule didn't pay off come district time. Great game featuring the two best teams in the district with the better one coming out on top. Great win Camels! Hey UK#1Fan here is your crow delivered on the back of a Camel.

Has the proliferation of the spread exposed poor tackling or caused it?
I'd say a little of both but more because of the spread offense. Tackling a good athlete one on one is difficult even with good technique which is why I think the offense is successful. Instead of having to deal with multiple defenders and rely on blocks and broken tackles to get to open space with the spread you are giving them that open space very quickly in a one on one situation.

Campbell County/Simon Kenton Predictions
I Probably will be disappointed with how unimpressive SK will be after the 6-0 hype! :sssh::lol:

Campbell County/Simon Kenton Predictions
I like the Camels this week, with 2 weeks to prepare for a team they shut out last season I think Sk is going to struggle to score. The Camels win 21-7.

Highlands 35 Covington Catholic 21
I love when people look for something to argue about. The game was already pretty close. If CovCath doesn't have a bunch of penalties and more importantly a muffed punt deep in their territory the game would have been really close. Two very good teams and the better team won last night. Shew.

Simon Kenton 6-0!!!!!
Don't gloat too long, you got all the Camel you want coming your way in 7 days but enjoy it tonight!

Highlands 35 Covington Catholic 21
Two pretty competitive teams, if CovCath eliminates the penalties and doesn't muff punts the game would have been really close. I expect the annual rematch in the playoffs to be a barn burner. Great game with two great teams. On a side note my nephew who is a Bird played a great game tonight I was super pumped for him.

Campbell County's New Stadium
You win, you have successfully posted the most ignorant statement that I've ever read on BGP's. Nice work!

Campbell County's New Stadium
Who cares if they lose, I'm glad they have the stones to renew the series and not duck the Birds like some other 6A programs that will remain nameless. I don't know who dropped who in this series but I think the Birds and Camels should always play.

Mike Bankamper, what other sports does Campbell County ever even get a sniff in state titles? Mike Bankamper seems to have them in the hunt every year.
