UK clinic is during spring practice. It is pretty good clinic with chance to sit in on meetings and attend practice as well as listen to speakers. If looking for others go http://www.glazierclinics.com or http://www.nikecoyfootball.com

:thumb: Any school, coach, booster, friend of family would help raise, donate $$$ for a player to represent their school in an all-star game. I don't think any player would be deniened because they couldnt afford it.

The BIG GAME kinda fell apart and someone picked it up and called it what East West game or whatever. It would appear looking on a map that if you divide KY into east, central and west that schools in the covington area would fall into the eastern part of the state. This game has hit the ground running and has gotten bigger and better each year. Maybe you should come watch.:thumb:

The head coach of a school nominates players off his team and then the committee picks the players from the list. I think some film is used when it gets down to the final selections but I would think some players would be easy picks.I would think 5-6 WR would be picked. If 1 chose not to play the the next 1 on the list would be contacted. If a player is not nominated it is his coach who chose to not nominate. If a player is nominated but not chosen it is the committee who chose not to put him on the team.

When this idea 1st came up 2 years ago I never thought it would fly. It has been awesome. The work the committee, coaches and players put in have made it a top notch event.

From what I know the ones who do not play are because of basketball. There may be a coupe for reasons you stated.

I'm not sure the court will give Corbin an advantage but I think lack of travel and pre-game prep as if a home game will be an advantage.

AGAIN, What schools in the state do NOT allow their coaches to go to state games, evidentaly, none.

I might have missed it but again, what schools do not allow their coaches to attend?

What about the Arena in Corbin?

What school district does not allow it's football coaches attend the games? Some may make them take a personal day but all schools I know allow and even pay for trip and tickets.

They may not have had to go 95 yards, looks like he was going to return it for several yards.:idunno:

After seeing how close Cville played Raceland I will have to go with LCA 60 Raceland 21

District players and coaches are voted on by coaches in the district. Most are not done or released until after all teams in district are out of playoffs. All- State has several. Coaches, Media and BGP.

What if Bell, Knox, Clay, Whitley, S.Laurel, N. Laurel, Middlesboro want to host? Is it really selfish of them to say we want it at our gym?.:popcorn:

From what I understand the vote or meeting about the arena is today 11-10. All schools are suppose to attend. Does anyone have anymore info on this?
