UK does in April I think, UL does not as far as I know.

There is a really nice High School Coaches CLinic held in Louisville every year at the Gault House held on the weekend of February 14th the last two years. It is very interesting and has some very good clinic information and you can meet alot of really great people. JD

UK clinic is during spring practice. It is pretty good clinic with chance to sit in on meetings and attend practice as well as listen to speakers.

Might want to look to see if Murray State will have one this year. Chris Hatcher just took the job there.

If you are looking to meet coaches around the state then the Nike one in Louisville is probably the best. If you are going to try to learn things then the glazierclinic is far and away the best IMO. If you want to learn drills then UK is good because you can watch practice first hand.
