I dont know I just think if you are a great shooter you should be able to hit a higher percentage of freethrows than 73%. Dont get me wrong I think he is a great player! And you got to love Elliott Co basketball.

That is 39.2%. His 2pt FG % is what is amazing at 69% :thumb: Looking at the stats Ethan Faulkner may be a better shooter overall?

That is impressive and he has the freethrow shooting to back that up with 83%. I did find Ferguson and Hood on KHSAA these guys shoot only 73% FT. I know Hood gets alot of D on him he is 28% 3pointer, Ferguson 39%. What Ferguson does do good if my math is right is 69% in 2 pt FG %!

Jenkins is an excellent shooter and most definately one of the top. Watts is the guy most likey to turn out to be like Chris Lofton. I have never seen Ferguson but assume he is the real deal.

I think that freethrow % tell alot, you should be able to hit at least 75% FTs if you are a good shooter. I wish that all the teams had to turn in thier stats to be posted at KHSAA.

There is so many teams and players out there that we haven't seen, but who are the good ones that get playing time? Aaron Watts, McCeary Central is proabley the best I have seen. Not sure what kind of a year he is having, but it would be hard to find someone that shoots better than him. IMO

Really tuff game to pick, I went with North Hardin, because they seem to be playing better ball. I think they are pretty evenly matched. I'd love to see this game, if I was closer and it wasn't senior night at Adair Co.

Bardstown has a very good team and it look like they were going to run away with it in the 1st Qtr. This was thier 1st loss in the 5th region and I think they play North Hardin who is undefeated in the region with wins over Adair Co and Taylor Co in very close games. Yes the 5 region tournment @ Marion County is going to be exciting! Does anybody know how many 3's Btown hit, I know it was a bunch. It could go ethier way, Bardstown did beat us about 13 pts last year at thier place. Both teams has lost an important player from last year.

I know that the Litkenhous rating was in todays Courier-Journal, but I cant find it anywhere online. I didnt get to see it very long, I did see that Scott Co was #1 and Elliott Co 2. Can someone post the top 25 please. Would like to look at the 5th region also.

Big Papa Panther you have got: region 10 Scott 11 Franklin Co Did you aim to do that? You're the only one picking against Scott County in the 11th.

Not having home court advantage is good point. But they know they can win. Do you have many teams above Boone Co against Holmes head to head?

You said that Bryan Station shoot the lights out to win that game, that was something that was going to change second time around for Holmes without you having to do anything special. I think Boone County's win was more true. I dont know how to explain it, hope you know what I mean. The odds of Holmes winning the 9th is proabley better, but if they go head to head I like Boone's chances, just like if Holmes plays Scott Co again.

An arguement could be made for Elliott Co over Eastern since Ballard and Jeffersontown all 3 are ranked so close together and from the same 7th region.

Interesting pick, although Eastern was 3rd last week. But I can see why you have them rated like that.

Adair County has won 24 in a row. Last loss was 30 Jan 07 to Taylor Co. Had a 17 game winning streak before that game. So we are 41-1 at home starting 29 Nov 05. Two home games left, with Bardstown on friday, also host the district tournment this year. But we graduate 4 starting seniors this year :( With only one loss Eastern might have a streak, doubt it since they are in the 7th region.

Taylor County has to top notch players in Chase Cox and Leonard Macon. They could come out of the 5th region.

Aaron Watts for McCeary Central he is proabley the best shooter in the state, I havent seen all the players and have heard that Fergerson Elliott Co mentioned. I think Watts is going to be a Chris Lofton type player. I might be way off, only seen him once.

I will have a better feel for Ballard after tonights game, if they win of the road tonight I would have to move them up and if they won big might move Elliott Co down.

I have put in groups who I think has the best chances. It's still early, I didnt consider the brackets. Group A, most likely to be playing in championship game: Scott Co. Group B, other teams with a good chance: Eastern Elliott Co Holmes Jeffersontown Shelby Valley Group C, teams that could if got hot or alittle luck: Ballard Bryan Station Boone Co Clark Co Corbin Group D, best of the rest in no order: Mason Co Lex Cath. Warren Central Christian Co Dunbar Franklin Co Anderson Co Mulenburg North PRP Bardstown North Hardin Adair Co Male No doubt I missed some.

I am just saying somebody in the school system wether it's the superintendent or athletic directors gave the BOK the power to do this, maybe accidently.
