I hope the Rams can get it together. I agree potential is not being used. I believe they need to find heart and grit in this team. What they are doing now is not working. The coaches should SHAKE things up a bit. Some of the boys on side, put them in. What could it hurt? May make the I's and Me's think. The line needs to be more aggressive. Tackle not dance. Focus. Dont over think Just Play RAM FOOTBALL!!! And I have to agree with some of the comments being made. I have left the stands every game this year b/c of somebody shouting stupids, or whatever. That is exactly NOT what this team needs to hear!!! GO RAMS!!! BEAT THE RAIDERS!!!

The last 5 min of regulation I think all of us were holding our breath...then OT...Those boys fought for the win...GREAT DAY TO BE A RAM!! Brought tears to my eyes.

I have 3 teenagers. I have whipped all of them at one time or another. Sometimes all 3 at once. Now it is take the car, the playstation, or cell phone. And occasionally they still will get a smack on the... I do not agree w/ child abuse. If I have gave them a chore to do and it is not done right, they do it again. For us women, if we didn't get the dishes clean the first time, how many heard you'll clean every dish in the house? My dad never had to punish us, we knew with the look or the tone of voice. Mom, on the other hand, had 4 to care for 24/7. I got what I deserved. And I did what I was told!!!

I agree. Coach Hoof was my typing teacher yrs ago. I can still hear him, "asdfjkl;" lol. Raceland is the best school in Eastern Ky. no doubt about it. Family, Pride, and Tradition. Once a Ram, always a Ram!!!

The Kitchen boy from Greenup Co is a freshman and is a hoss..I was impressed with that young man.

Casino gambling should not be allowed in Ky. We have enough problems, already. Think how many are already affected by drugs & alcohol, imagine adding gambling to the mix. How will that boost our economy? Violence, families tore apart, children suffering, it doesn't make sense. JMO.

As far as I can tell, LCA was fined for "whatever" you want to call it. No matter which school, public/private, titles should've been taken and playoffs suspended for upcoming year. I enjoy the rivalry between Raceland/LCA. I would hate to lose that. KHSAA should check each schools rosters and check eligibility with every new enrollment that includes athletics. The cartoon was funny, it was the M/C commercial--Priceless. Just my thoughts.

I agree too, can't wait for another RAMS Football Season...Getting up @ 5 am to go to agility training, making sure they hit the weights, and make the grades!!! And I guess Raceland came in 3rd in the weight meet @ Coal Grove last Saturday. Destination Louisville!!!

I would not have wanted to be anywhere else. The RAMS played the best I'd seen all yr. And got LCA's attention. We'll see ya next yr. I didn't think my boys where playing next yr, but after that game, they are already talking next yr and how they are gonna get ready. Can't wait. Congrats to LCA!!! Hope you win it all!!!

Pikeville needs to contain #30 and they can win this game. Not that LCA only has one good player but he is the leader and a HOSS!! Good luck to both teams.

Thanks for the welcome. And I have to say I agree with OR, Ram, and TCA . After watching the West Carter game our rams need to get focused and stay ready. Consistency. I know the coaches gave the boys a what for after Friday Nite. Just maybe the attitude adjustment needed. I believe we will see the new/improved and fired up RAMS vs Eagles...
