There are about 10 schools that are going to be in the meet. I don't know the list. Can anybody help me.

I was told that Russell, Greenup Co, East Carter, West Carter, and Green (OH) were going to be at the meet tomorrow. Should be an entertaining day. Start time is set for noon.

What lifts will they be doing? Bench, Deadlift, and cleans? Or will they be squating as well?

I was told bench, deadlift, and clean.

Great news to hear on Raceland as a team and the individual winners. :ylsuper: Keep working hard Rams you will be rewarded for all of those hours in the weight room, on the practice field this spring and summer when this season rolls around. Just remember....RAM PRIDE!!

 

This (the 08') season is the one that I believe that a lot of people around Raceland have been looking to. Stay focused EVERY day on your goals and on "Team" Raceland Ram Football.

Did anyone from GC make any noise?, I saw Lyle yesterday and he looks like he as really added some size. I don't know if he competed or not.
