The final was pretty exciting. Chris did everything he could to win. Devins was the winner until then.

I don't think of any of the list as strictly "Southern", My Fried Chicken, Chicken and noodles, biscuits and gravy and catfish are all excellent. My BBQ is ok. I have never lived in the south, unless you count South Florida. My go to southern dish is Shrimp and grits. I try it in any southern location and no matter how the sauce is spiced, I like it. My favorites are low country Carolina, Cajun Louisianna, and Jensen Beach FL breakfast.

I wondered today if there were to many people coming on the show and enjoying Ponderosa to much. They may have noticed a trend to go there on purpose for a nice vacation. No rice and suffering for them. I do like the larger jury, but wonder about one coming back this late. I an a fan of Devine. He is so likable. It looks like Lauren will slide in to the finals with her idol and no creds.

Devins has got to find another idol or win immunity or he is gone. It is to bad. He is one of the great players.

It is a very well acted drama. I have a moral and ethical problem with the show. It makes me squirm, they are all so devious. I like them and then they become SO unlikeable.

Why do new players think they have to take returning players out.? Most had no chance to win the first time. There are some exceptions, (Sandra) but she played a very low profile game. Never seemed to be in charge. She influenced, but didn't dictate.

The only people not on Extinction Island that I like are Devins and maybe Aurora. I'm ready to get this one over.

We have a family wedding in Nova Scotia in July, so we are RVing to Bar Harbour, Maine and taking a ferry over. The ride takes 4 hours and saves 500 driving miles. After the wedding we are touring New Brunwick, newfoundland, Quebec City, Montreal and coming back to the states through Niagra Falls. We have never visited any of this except Niagra. It will take 3 weeks or so.

I like chocolate chips. That doesn't mean every cookie needs them. I love bacon , but it does not belong in everything. I like cauliflower, but don't substitute it for pizza dough. Do you see my point?

My girl, Aubry has the practice advantage. I was surprised she gave the extra vote to Aurora. Could work out for her. Wardog is so worthless in challenges, but I guess he is persuasive in game play..

One view from mid court showed the ball bouncing away with space between the leg and ball with no change in ball direction. Don't know???

My husband and I are really enjoying this Australian series set in the 1920's. Stars Essie Davis with elegant, beautiful clothes , cars and houses. Series has murder, humor, sex and likeable characters.

Joe's got some fire in him now. I have no idea why people are scared of Wentworth in the game. Not impressing me yet. I think David is a sleeper. I liked him better as the game went on last time.

Joe is one of my favorites, but as soon as he loses immunity he is gone. Makes me feel bad for him.

Keith's grin is not his most annoying quality. I think Aubry has a good chance to reenter the game. She is smarter than the rest of them. REEM is hatefilled. Wendy is so clueless, she is almost cute.

I loved the how you kill a chicken. "Chop the head off, boil it and the feathers will come out." What a surprise when that bird runs around for a while. Talk about Wendy freaking out. They won't show it though.

Good job, Coach. The only way to solve this is get to know each other.

My mom was an excellent baker. Yeast bread and rolls, pies, cakes cookies, you name it. I make great pies. Both my sisters are cake makers and decorators. None of us can make yeast bread or rolls the way she did. A favorite was a meat, cabbage mix rolled up in yeast dough called a Baroke. Yum. I have tried many times to duplicate. No luck..

Thanks for doing this. I have often referenced back to a recipe and spent an hour or two reading them, but then I have always read recipe books. Again, thanks for putting it together.
