KYNINERSFAN

Sorry Jay Bilas. I did'nt mean to re-post on you. I overlooked yours. I did'nt see it on there until I had posted mine. I'm definitely a confused individual. Sorry again.

It was a very great defensive battle during the first half. Jones was favoring his ankle quite a bit and seemed to have trouble planting in the first half. That was corrected in the second half though. Congratulations to coach McGlone and the Devils.

I don't have to wait to give you my impression. They are two very tough programs that know how to control their opponets. Their coaches know what to do and how to do it. I've always said that Coach Mcglone is a coaching genius. He more than likely will prove that tomorrow night. It's going to be a doozy. As for the West/Mason game...... Well.... I'll say a little prayer.

This is homecoming night in Raider land. We definitely will be up for the game but what will it take for us to win ? The football god's will have to be smiling favorably on us thats for sure. If Jone's is unable to play it will steal some of the thunder from the Devils defensively but they will still be strong. locker#311.... I love your enthusiasm and I will go out on the same limb with you and say East by 3. EAST :flame: :fire: Russell.

Congrats to the Royals.... you simply kicked our tails tonight and took names. Now it is time for Russell.

I too would like to know how tyler is doing if anyone knows. I think coach McGlone should set him this Friday night when they come to East ..... just as a precautionary measure. ;) ....

Appears that KCU is reloading for yet another run. They are reloading on both ball teams from the news on their web site.

Russell .. once again... is attacking the ball like I attack the buffet bar at the Golden Corral. It isn't pretty fellas and it won't be too pretty for Ashland Friday night. Russell .. 38 Ashland . 21

"Everytime a bell rings... an angel gets its wings.." a quote from an old James Stewart movie. Miracles still do happen and they will be a lot of bells ringing Friday night in the Raider Nation.:jump: :jump:

Eddie Hale from East Carter. He played when Jackson Julson was playing for us. Jackson got the most attention but this kid could really shoot and dribble the ball. He was over shadowed alot by Julson, who eventually went on to play at Cinn. , but I would have loved to have seen Eddie on the next level.

I personally believe that U.K should automatically offer a scholarship every year to Mr. Ky Basketball. If there had been one Lofton would be in Blue and white instead of orange. Great to see Darius commit. Gillipsie is making great strides to bring Ky. back as a contender. Keep him healthy Mason co. Will look forward to seeing him in a U.K. outfit next year. As a ECHS Raider fan... I will not look forward to seeing him in his Royals outfit though.

Mason will coming rolling in to Raider nation Friday night. I hope our defense is ready for them. After Mason we face Russell. How can the football gods be so cruel ? Congrats. Mason on your win. See ya Friday night.

They will need to build a shrine in Russell for Coach M. when all is said and done. This man is a coaching genius. Would love to see what he could do on the next level. I am not looking forward at all in a couple of weeks when the crew comes into Raider land. I pray we put up a better defense than West could.......... OOOHHHH .....football gods here my prayer ....................

East finally stuck Carroll at back where he is the best at. They went with a lot of Damrons style and it prevailed. You just don't come straight into a coaching position and mix everything up all at one time. It has to be a gradual process over a couple years. In todays Indepenent Coach B. admitted he was trying to be too fancy with his play calling the past 2 games. He changed his approach and woolah...it worked. congrats. to Coach B. and the boys...... good job.........

I'm not posting any incorrect information or false information. That is why I highlighted the word rumour. It is something I have been hearing and it may or may not be true. That is what the definition of a rumour is. Was not trying to cause a war just was wondering if anyone had heard this rumour. I apologize if I offended anyone. I was just curious.

An absolute great post. Sad but it is true . Parents can sure ruin a game. Even from the fans point. I hate to set beside some nut acting like he/she should be the coach. There probably is a reason he/she isn't. I witnessed one father at the local high school yelling at his daughter. The coach would yell one play and he would yell at her to do another. A pitiful example for his child. I wish these parents would quit trying to relive their youth through their kids and just let them play.

I have heard a nasty little rumor that the Faulkner boys are leaving for Scott County. Has anyone else heard this ? I really hope this isn't true and just a rumor. Elliott should be pretty dang tough this year.

Greatly appreciate it.... Let the party begin.:dancingpa

Is that the Friday Night Flights helicopter I see boys ??????????

Thanks Ram.... Great to be onboard. I have'nt actually been able to make it to a game yet but I have talked to quite a few that have and they say we have a pretty decent kicker. We are going to have to have.  Also thanks CURTIS LOWE... great to be on board.

I kinda get irritated at WUGO and the Grayson Journal-Enquirer quite a bit. :madman: These two are Grayson based but on any given day or week they carry more info. on the West end of the county than the East. They dominate the paper every week in the sports section. Olive Hill even have their own paper too.  Explain that one too me.

This one will depend on McGlone. How long will he punish West's defense ? This will be a good game for filling out Russell's highlight reel. Russell 58 West Carter 7

farawaycomet ... you might be confusing the score of this game with the score of West Carter and Russell.  Seriously though it is going to be a long night for Easts defense. And I am a Raider fan. It is hard on a team to expect their senior Qb to leave a offense he has been in for 3 years and try something new. Coach B. should have left the majority of Damrons offense intact and slowly incorporated his in over the next two years. RACELAND 21 EAST CARTER 3
