nWo
Scattered storms, some severe with a hail of damaging wind, are expected from Kentucky into Ohio on Monday. Heating of a moist air mass along with lift along an accelerating cold front will result in storm development after 2 pm EDT. From central Kentucky northward along the Indiana/Ohio border. Conditions will support a damaging wind threat. Marginal hail is possible as well. Storms will maintain strength as the move across Ohio and eastern Kentucky. There appears to be a marginal risk of a tornado on Monday. So I'm issuing a level 1 BGP Tornado Index for Monday. Mainly in the category 2 Slight Risk Area. I will update later today.
