Keep it at Rupp Arena. Only three miles from home!

OK if you like watching games from behind the backboard where two thirds of the seats are. Of course attendance was so bad one could actually get decent seats there in years past.

 

Can't be much worse then sitting in the upper reaches of Rupp on bleachers. At least in Freedom Hall the upper section has nice seats.

What little kid dreams of playing in the state tourny at "FREEDOM HALL"?

I would like to see Freedom Hall get a shot to host every so often just like I would like to see Lexington host the football finals every so often if possible.

Freedom Hall is a good place to watch a game, but there's something about 18,000 people in Rupp compared to 8,000 in FH that just tickles the fancy of many, including me.

KEEP IT IN LEXINGTON!!

Freedom has a much better view from the upperdeck but you can't beat Rupp in March.

Rupp has some great history too!!!!!

Both places are historic but there is just something special about Rupp and the S16.

No offense to Louisville but Freedom Hall is not the place to have the state tournament. Awfully boring there.

 

The ambience of Rupp Arena and Lexington during the state tournament is unparalleled in the nation.

 

Keep the football state finals in Louisville and basketball in Lexington forever.

Keep the Basketball at RUPP forever, that is a no brainer!!

And put turf down and move the football to Lexington as well.

Driving around New York City couldn't be much more confusing than Louisville!!

Louisville's expressways operate as bypasses connecting the interstates.

 

Waterson Expressway (264) is the inner bypass, running from I-64 near the bridge all the way around to I-71 in the East End. Along the way it crosses I-65 at the airport/fairgrounds.

 

The Gene Snyder (265) is the outer bypass, running from Dixie Highway in PRP/Valley Station all the way out to Brownsboro Road south of Prospect. Along the way, it crosses I-65 south of Outer Loop/ UPS, I-64 west of Blankenbaker/Southeast Christian, and I-71 just before the end of the expressway.

 

I can only advise you never drive in New York. I've done it, and it's not too hard, but if Louisville is too much then you need some batting practice before you go to the show.
