I'm hearing Andrew Luck is putting on a show tonight. I still expect him to win. I'll be disgusted if Trent wins.

They can't touch what Keenum did Friday 457 yards passing and 5 touchdowns in 3 quarters. He probably finish with over 5,000 yards passing next week.

I really respect your imputs but please explain this one. He has great numbers that compare to Mark Ingram who had a very nice QB/WR with him. Trent does not. Of all the players in the top 5 I would not be "disgusted" with any choice.

Who did they play?

I guess that's true, if you don't take into consideration that 128 of those yards and 1 TD actually occurred in the 4th quarter.

Because Montee Ball is more deserving. I think I have explained that already. One common opponent between the two is Penn State.....Montee had 156 yards and 4 tds and didn't play the 4th quarter. How did Trent do against Penn State? I cannot and will not be sold on the whole 'Trent played in the SEC so he is automatically better than Montee and should win the Heisman' Montee has had a better season than Trent at running back and has done it against 4 of the top 20 defenses in the nation.

Case Keenum this year-

342/467, 4726 yards, 73.2%, 43 TDS, 3 INTS

Graham Harrell (SR)-

442/626, 5111 yards, 70.6%, 45 TDs, 9 INTs

Better numbers than Harrell, but played no where near the competition. I'll pass on Keenum.

I'm really just not a fan of giving a guy an award because of his name and his conference. That's weak.

Could you call in to ESPN? You have a great case for Montee Ball. He's been really overlooked all year.

ESPN top 5 has Trent/Luck/Griffin 3/Moore/USC QB...No Monte sorry. But thats just their picks and Trent and Luck were real close. Purple you have done a great job for your back, and he is a very good one. Hopefully he will win some awards or come back next year which my guy has said he might.

My thing is "disgusted" compared to maybe disappointed. It seemed like a very hard knock on Trent, which isn't his fault.

I have their number, Its BR-549.

See post 113. No knock on Trent. I think he will excel at the next level and he is the most talented back in college. He didn't have the best season amongst running backs so for him to win over Monte is a slap in the face to Monte, IMO.

Just get it over with and give it to Trent. Luck will finish 2nd.

Said in the paper that Wisconsin had promoted their QB for the Heisman but lately has done some for Monte. Great TD record and he is a great back. I wouldn't have a problem if he won it. I just think they have waited too long but I think he will go to NY and you never know.

The thing we love Trent about is how he will carry a pile of several defenders down the field. Also the Bama fans go crazy with all the plays we run up the middle with our backs. We rarely pitch out or sweep. I commented during our game and started counting how many times Trent run straight, 20 something times.

Wisconsin definitely dropped the ball on handling promoting Montee for Heisman. I have done better than them.
