My thing with Barkley is that if Oregon's kicker doesn't miss a FG I don't think anyone talking for Barkley. He'd still be the guy that doesn't win big games.

What big games did Luck and RGIII win this year? I thought all 3 were the best qb's and not much separation between the three.

Luck beat USC. RGIII beat TCU, OU, and Texas. All three are infinitely more talented that Baylor. Remember if Oregon's Kicker makes that kick people are talking about the INT Barkley threw on the previous possession.

What was the score against Baylor and Oklahoma State? A team with 107 ranked defense?

Larry, no one cares that their defense is ranked 107 or whatever the heck it is. They have a MUCH MUCH MUCH better offense than any SEC team or really anyone in the country has. They just outscore everyone.

Griffin should win heisman. He took the worst team out of the group, and made them to be really good this year. Larry, they lost to OK St, who is a far superior team to Baylor, but RG3 still threw for 425 yards.

^Starting to hear that it's sounding like RG3 is the favorite at this point.

That would be awesome. Where is this talk going on at? IMO it's between RG3 and Montee Ball. I finally watched some of his play this season, and he is as good as his stats indicate. I would be happy if either won.

I heard both RG3 and Ball interviewed today. I'd be happy to have either one of those youngsters representing college athletics.

Even though I'd rather RG3 win it, I tweeted that out to help your cause some.

Much appreciated. Wisconsin Athletics sure wouldn't tweet it out no matter how much I badgered them about it.

You see what I did there?

I'm with everyone else, I would be happy with any of the candidates, but the 2 best this hearing my opinion was Ball and RG3. I'm pulling for Baylor on this one though!

They play in a conference that is offense dominated. Defensive ranks are overrated. If Bama or LSU played in the Big 12 their numbers would still be good but not as good as they are in the SEC IMO. Still either would be really high, but YPG cannot completely tell the story of a defense.

:thumb: I think they'd still be right at the top, but their numbers wouldn't be as staggering as they are now, same goes for the Big 12 offenses. Either way, RG3 is my guy, and the OK St score isn't the whole story. 425 yards passing is awesome, no matter how you look at it.
