The things you see on Facebook (Highlands/CCH)

What bothers you most?

The F word?

The fact that he put in on FB for his friends to see?

His lack of fondness for a rival?

I hate when people use the "F" word. Especially young adults And the lack of common sense of putting on FB is also a biggie for me. I could care less if he likes his rival or not.

Well, he IS a cheese fluffer...so he's got that goin' for him. Next stop: Bright future.

It is Hot Topics Clyde and I think there is a bigger issue. Kids and Facebook are nearly out of control.
I've found kids and Facebook to be this way from day one. The only difference is older people are there to monitor it now...

Does this qualify as "out of control?"

I wouldn't rip the kid too hard. It's a rivalry, things get said.

At least he didn't spray paint it onto Highlands school, and didn't misspell it. Or damage HHS property in anyway.

...Sorry had to do it.

I imagine you all feel the same way when a UK student says something similar about Duke, Lousiville, UNC and so on?

College vs High School definitely makes it different. The UK student is an adult, the H.S. kids most likely isn't.

For the record, I'd just object to it's lack of creativity. If it was something like the WKU example Jim Schue shares then I'd be ok with it at the college level for sure. Probably not at the high school level though.

In this case, I'll take it on Facebook as opposed to the kids in your generation writing things like that on the field of the opposing team. Tough to get that off of the carpet.

Doesn't bother me at any level. If there was no Facebook he'd still be saying it loudly and proudly at school and in the stands Friday night. We just wouldn't know about it. Kids being kids. I say worse about Tebow and UNC on twitter.

Or his High School principal. Mr. Rowe will be so proud. I don't think that will be up for long.

My guess is that the kid will get a "snow day"
