November 15, 201114 yr Maybe he decided that the early Friday morning Lexington traffic was just too dangerous to chance. Thought the timing was interesting.
November 15, 201114 yr How about EKU? Nothing against EKU, but I think he will land at a much stronger program than they have in Richmond. He was a Top 100 recruit out of HS.
November 15, 201114 yr Tough spot for a kid when the coach recruits 4-5 new McDonalds All Americans every year. Good luck!

If he went there , maybe it would make them a strong program and what makes the difference if you are 100 or 10 in the recruiting class and if you can't cut it when you get with the big boys. That number means very little.

That number means very little. No one knows if he can cut it. I'm sure he'd get a lot of playing time at other big time programs. The problem is that he has 4-5 other better recruits playing in front of him every year at UK.
November 15, 201114 yr Best of luck to him. I wish he'd stayed at UK, because I think he'd have had a good opportunity in his final two years.
November 16, 201114 yr They did a public relations miracle with this one. Coach Cal is the best at handling situations like this publicly.

That number means very little. Hard to cut it when you are trying to earn time over a senior and a few top ten recruits. Poole will find a pretty decent program and become a contributor.
