November 6, 201114 yr I wonder if the UK coaching staff has the ability to evaluate talent. People who know nothing about football could see that Smith is a better QB than Newton. As for Williams, he's putting up the best numbers of all the UK running backs, why would he not be considered the best?
November 6, 201114 yr Sanders made comments last week about Smith not showing it in practice the same way. As far as evaluating talent, it begs the question what is it about the practices specifically that is casting such a negative light on QBs besides Newton? I cannot believe that Smith would really be so much inferior every week in practice.
November 6, 201114 yr Good win for UK. If they can beat Vandy, the UT game could get them to a bowl game. Won't be easy, but I guess it is atleast possible.
