Trinity could be on the verge of something really big...

Yes Trinity has a good offense. What Trinty has is a great O line! Wright has 10 sec to throw every play.

My my my -- what 'anger'......or venom ......or (fill in the blank). The Poster was simply making an observation and voicing an opinion. No need to "jump all over him". Unless I completey misread your neutrality.

Thank you. I'm not hating or being denial, I just won't believe it until I see it.

Trinity is a few scheduling games away from a title, its unfortunate the schedule is made so far in advance and maybe they didnt realize they would be this good.

^ I think this year's schedule was awesome. We have the same schedule next year as well.

The old 20-20 hindsight. You should have heard the talk about the time that schedule came out ??????????? "What are we thinking....are you kidding me....etc."

Of course it has helped to be blessed on the injury side - save for some very special kids early on - but that's the game.

I would have lost $$$ on a bet we would be where we are right now - record wise.

Didn't Trinity have to go outside the county to find teams to play after asking other teams in the same county to play them, same as next year and the next....

I don't see how anyone can criticize Trinity's schedule, even slightly. Their out of district schedule is beyond respectable. Some teams may not have been as strong as originally thought, but there are some things you can't predict or control.

People Should Really stop Saying that these SOS teams are down. MBA is the onlyone is Down this year & Elder a little with the unreal schedule Elder has played even in their most dominant years they would have still at least 3 loses with that type of schedule. Just look on Maxpreps national Rankings

Out of state....every team we asked to play (in state) declined.

And this is the after. St Thomas Aquinas has lost 3 times and Prattville lost twice. Don Bosco is still undefeated, but I like Trinity's schedule better than theirs.

Congrats on another title to the Rocks. Just curious, who are some of the Ky powers that declined to play? Seems like coaches would love to have a regular season game with the Rocks to gauge where they stack up against the greatest. IMO

I thought Trinity's schedule was better too.

I would think that Trinity has locked up the NPP National Championship. I would be surprised if Armwood could jump 4 places and they are the only team close enough to them that is still active.

However, Arwood is right behind them at #3, in the USA Today poll, with 2 games still to play. They beat Gainsville this evening to get to semi-state. I haven't been able to find the final of the Pace/Bartram Trail game, to see who the Hawks face next week. However, #18 Miami Central is in the other semi-state. If both win next week, playing at home, that pits two top 20 teams against each other in the 6A final. Armwood already has beaten the #6 team on that list, Bishop Gorman, at their place. The Hawks winning out, in that fashion, could throw a wrench in the works for both Trinity and Don Bosco.

That is true. But they only beat a 2 loss Gainesville team by 3 (now Gainesville has 3 losses). Trinity rolled through their schedule. The arguement against me would be that Armwood has better quality wins.
