I guess this is more for motivation instead of a bad day, but it could really be used for both.

I have seen a different video but same words. I often think about the message when I just don't feel like getting going or making it to the gym.

I also try very hard not to have a bad day. I may be in an off mood sometimes, but I always try and remind myself that I am just way too blessed to ever have a bad day. I really have nothing to complain about.

So today I am having a bit of tough day. Instead of letting it get me down I have listened to a song about 50 times over.

 

So what do you do to make a bad day a better day?

Regardless of how bad my day is I know someone else has it much worse. This little poem has been stuck in my mind for 40 years and it reminds that my bad days are really not all that bad.

 

The sun was shining in my eyes, and I could barely see to do the necessary task that was allotted me. Resentment of the vivid glow I started to complain. When all at once upon the air I heard the blind man's cane.
