Nope. Dead serious. That said, I have no idea who the backup is. Chances are good that last night Dale just pulled Donovan because he'd already played the bulk of the game at wideout. That way it gave Houliston a chance for some varsity action. No downside to the decision, and certainly no big news.

Backup is McCoy if PT goes down. There was no need to get McCoy reps at QB last night in the blowout but a perfect opportunity to get the 2013 QB Houliston some nice reps and he definitely performed.
