Are you saying that he is now a Ryle fan ?

UK#1 Fan for Philosopher King. I will miss his posts this week.

He's great for comic relief! I admire his passion for his team. It's great! I would imagine he's got those that love+don't so much love around that area. I laugh most of the time knowing something entertaining is coming when he posts.

Now that's funny !!!!!!! I can imagin him just staring at that timer , he won't sleep for a week !!!

Guru, let him back if you see it OK, and I'll take his place, or give him a few days and I'll take it then. Not a bad guy if you see thru his crow spouting, let me know. 11:30 Friday?

I like the guy but a deal is a deal. He has to man up and accept it. I don't think he would come back before 11:30 next Friday even if Guru gave him a pass.

Maybe he thought ahead when he made the deal or maybe it is dumb luck, but Simon Kenton has a bye this week.

Now that is funny. Whether it was intentional or not.

I really like UK#1fan. I don't know if he is a "character" poster or if he's serious, but he is the man on the HS boards on here IMO. No one can stir up the conversation like he can on here. Maybe most of us don't agree with him much of the time, but even if he is serious he's entitled to his opinion.

Absolutely.

IMO, some of you take him more serious than he takes himself.

Truth.

Funny thing is, if we a had Highlands fan carry on the way he does, this board would blow up with arrogance and bragging posts. I really don't understand the double standard on here. Well, thinking about it a little I think I do understand

Nope. It is different when your team actually wins.

I'll take it one step further and say the HMI has tried to handle it.

Like him or hate him, uk#1fan is passionate and doesn't back down when faced with criticism.

He's not bright enough to see how he makes himself look. All his classes had to be on in the basement at SK. Anyone who went there years ago knows what I'm talking about.:eyeonyou:

I work with a parent of a senior SK player. He vists this board from time to time. From what he tells me, he and others from SK, can't stand what uk#1 does in this forum, and find him to be quite embarrasing to their sons and the program.

If someone were doing that from Highlands the Highlands Minister of Information would "handle" it. LOL

Yes he would. There are subtle ways to being a Highlands blowhard and if someone did ukfan style they would get the paddle as well as stank eye in public.
