I had as much fun laughing at them as watching the game.

To be honest I got tired of the crying about officiating.

i thought Highlands was very respectful and didn't much aprreciate the shots taken at the program.

Yeah, but their insight into the 2004 drubbing of the Bluebirds by Boyle had to have their own fans rolling their eyes.

I was waiting for that "Hank Hill" guy to claim HE was blocked in the back by the HHS announcers.

The thing that got me was intonation that Highlands was playing dirty football and disrespected the program. But the worst was the november prophecy of "what comes around, goes around." The birds should hang that one in the locker room....

Congrats Bluebirds great win!

Does an NKY team ever go "down-state" and win WITHOUT the "we was robbed" banner being hung out there??

Great job 'Birds!!

That's the reason Dale continued to try to score in the 4th qtr, right?

Fun game to watch. Highlands QB should have winchester somewhere on his arm cause the young man has a rifle arm. Bluebirds O-line and D-line were smaller than I expected but tougher than raw chitlins in the second half. Rebels are gonna be hard to handle after a couple more games and played with a lot of heart tonight, but you could see them slowly wearing down on this hot and sticky night. The pick six was awesome to watch and was my highlight for the night. And finally knowing a little history of this rivalry my hat is off to the Bluebird program for taking the knees at the end of the game. this showed a lot of class!!

Yeah right, because every NKY team gets all the homer calls when playing Central KY teams........Give me a break!

I'll assume raw chitlins are tough.

I saw a tweet from Jeff Drummond saying the INT pick 6 covered about 110 yards of running.

Highlands rarely has a big offensive or defensive line.

Good to see all the BGP members out tonight Guru, Watusi, Rebel, and Purplepride great to hook up with all of you..And thanks for the tailgating. Great crowd by the Rebels and the Bluebirds tonight!

I forgot about that classic comment.

BTW congrats to the Birds. Nice road win to start the season.

I liked what I saw in the 2nd half from the running game. Nice running options in that backfield.
