May 21, 201115 yr Was the end of the world supposed to happen at 6pm eastern or 6pm on the west coast . The reason that I ask is that Its about 6:15 here in Southgate and if it was supposed to happen at 6 pm est it is late :sssh:

May 22, 201115 yr The guy's website released a statement saying he was doing this for a hoax didn't he? Hopefully no one ever takes this guy seriously again. Then again, I can't believe that people did to begin with.

I mean what facts did this guy show to back it up?

I mean what facts did this guy show to back it up? People need no facts to believe in something. Emotions influence them, some have a need to believe that their beliefs or what they have experienced is supernatural. It is both interesting and maddening.

I mean what facts did this guy show to back it up? :lol: The guy used the Bible to back up the facts. However the Bible is very specific about predicting the rapture in multiple books. I quote Matthew 24:36- "No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father". Or Acts 1:7- "He said to them: "It is not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by his own authority." My thing was this guy used the Bible for his research. The Bible clearly states that no man can or will know when the rapture is coming, and yet he found some secret numerical code that told him exactly when it would happen? Yup, some people are crazy.
