It kills me when Kobe shoots 50% from the floor and then the 'experts' say he took too many shots. The problem was defense. I would love to see Pau assert himself aggressively offensively. He admitted he sulked on Sunday when he didn't get the ball where he wanted but if Kobe shoots 50% then the Lakers shouldn't lose, IMO. They called each other out after the game and then Kobe admitted they need to get the ball to Pau in better situations for him to score. I'm sorry, if Kobe shoots 50% they should win. Play defense, LA. Play defense.
April 21, 201115 yr I'm with the King, though considerably less than I was in Cleveland. I'm not a Heat fan, but since he's there I have to cheer for them. I like Jones on their team and like Bibby even though I think he's awful. DWade and Bosh are two of my least favorite guys in the NBA. Stated that about 9 months ago. Ha were both having to root for players we don't really like. Lebron was my least favorite player in the NBA, and Wade is my favorite. However since Lebron joined "Wade's Team" I have now had to like Lebron and hope they win a few titles together.

April 21, 201115 yr The Lakers have looked pathetic through 2 games. Gasol needs to grow a pair. I didn't think they looked that bad last night. Kobe had an off shooting and he may have taken 12 shots and Gasol was softer than a double roll of Charmin but the rest of the team played great and their team defense was so much better. Bynum, Odom, Brown, Barnes and even Fisher all played great games.

April 21, 201115 yr Like everyone else said unreal how soft he is being. Worse than normal. Kobe tried to light a fire under him after game 1 but obviously that didn't work.
April 21, 201115 yr Kobe will get a rest in the next series, but one would think that between guarding CP3, Ginobili/Parker or Westbrook, he may be spent before his finals matchup. And the finals matchup will not be easy either with him playing against either DRose, Wade or Ray Allen/Rondo in all likelihood. I wouldn't waste him on CP3 until I absolutely had to.
