Track The NBA Playoffs

They played a lot of bad teams down the stretch too.

That too. They had a great stretch during the middle of the season as well, and then faltered a bit when they had to play the top teams. We'll see. It would be foolish to count them out. I'm just not ready to count the other teams out yet.

While I think the Heat have matured through the season and I am sticking with my preseason pick for them to win it all, this has been their story all year. Any team they are physically and athletically superior than they dominate.

What team in the NBA are they not athletically superior to?

The Big 3 in Miami are playing the best team ball they've played all year. The Center and PG positions for them are horrible, but I think they have to be one of the top contenders out there. I don't think anyone in the East will beat them. I don't think anyone other than LA can if the Heat are playing their A game.

Boston gave Miami the get out of jail free card when they traded Perk. From what I have seen thus far I like Miami to come out of the East. Like people have said, they are just playing the Sixers, but like it or not the Sixers came to be playing pretty decent ball late in the season and like the Pacers/Bulls series has shown some of these 6-8 teams can put up a fight once the big lights come on and games really matter. Chicago could easily be in a 2-1 hole right now. If they keep up the same intensity and demeanor I like the Heat to represent the East.

Sure they're playing the Sixers but the Bulls have not looked good against the Pacers to be up 3-0, LA has looked down right pedestrian against OKC, the Spurs have not been good so far, and who knows what to make of the Celtics with Billups hurt and Amare out most of last game. The two teams playing the best right now IMO are OKC and Miami. Not that it means anything, but I don't see how anyone can take away from what the Heat have done by saying "its just the 76ers.

For Family Guy fans....Mike D'Antoni = Carter Pewterschmidt.

Rondo with a major triple double tonight.

I am not a Celtic fan but you take Rondo off of that team and put in any point guard and they aren't as good as they are now. He was made to run that Celtic team with 3 HOF's on it. I would say 4 HOF's but Shaq isn't playing so he doesn't count.

Unbelievable.... Bynum goes down holding his knee.

Tweeters say he is running OK now during timeout.

I was watching Friday After Next during halftime. I am back on the game now. He looks fine. Scared the crap out of me when I saw your post. Flipped back to the game immediately.
