April 22, 201115 yr ^ That is what he needs to be on that team. It will extend his career I think. It's where I've always thought he'd end up at the end of his career. He's there now and he's a complete mismatch for any four in the league. But that only works if Bosh plays tough inside as a five. Someone like DHoward or Bynum would eat his lunch IMO.

Any team they are physically and athletically superior than they dominate.

But, we've seen the Celtics put it on cruise control before only to flip the switch when necessary. The unknown is whether they can flip it without Perkins in the middle. He was a huge part of their interior defense that they can't get back. I still think Boston and Miami will be a slugfest, whether it goes the full 7 or not, I think it will be a tight series.
April 22, 201115 yr Author I don't think its a coincidence that the young and hungry teams like Miami, Chicago and OKC have brought it early in the playoffs. They're motivated and they're facing inferior teams...although Denver overachieved, so the gap there isn't as significant as Miami and Chicago enjoys. On the flipside, the older, veteran teams that have rings still look like they're waiting for the real playoffs to start as they try to push through weaker first round opponents. The question, as always, is whether they can crank it up when they have to. I'll go with history and say they can. We've seen this story from both the Lakers and Celtics in the last three years. I'm not as sure about the Spurs, but I certainly think they'll find a way to get it done against Memphis.
