April 3, 201115 yr UCONN made shots, and that last scoring drought for UK killed them. Jones going 0-5 from the line also hurt. Big thing I noticed was shot selection towards the end of the game, just bad at times. But lack of depth really got to them tonight with a faster UCONN team.

April 3, 201115 yr It's been a great season and the Cats went farther than I ever thought. Congrats to this team. Sad story is we couldn't make shots early on and then again late, and couldn't make free throws. We make our free throws and we win this game.

Jorts goes down in history as the greatest reclamation project in program history and the stage is set for next year with Davis, Gilchrist, Teague and Wiltjer added to the mix. Still think Liggins was misused on Kemba. Had the two nice blocks on the perimeter, but not much else outside of that. Made him a facilitator and he got others involved at a high level...

April 3, 201115 yr Great run Cats. Bad night for the officials to let everything go (wasn't bad officiating, just not calling stuff on anybody). You don't want Jones to be the only guy who gets to the line more than once. UConn was just the better team. Can't get too upset about it.
