I doubt it. He is helping build something at Scott and most likely will be next in line for that job when it becomes available.

I guess Mike Yeagle (gym teacher) and Noel Rash (Social Studies) must be pretty stupid in your eyes since they are coaches who teach subjects other than Math and science, and by the way I know that Mueller at Highlands is an extremely smart individual and has a science background, but does he still teach a class or is he just a FB coach and AD?

Again, I was just curious, Mr. Mueller is a very smart man and it takes some smarts to teach Physics..........

In case people would like to know I was told last night that 35 applicants from all over the state applied for the coaching job and they are currrently narrowing down to start interview's after this weeks spring break is over. I hope it is done quickly so the young men can get it going. JD

He's got it made then, and deservedly, righfully so. Teaching AP classes are the way to go. You dang sure aren't having to deal with many problems in those classes, discipline or academic. You don't have the special needs kids that just came into school after being up all night because daddy decided to stroll in from the bar at 2am, then start to hit up on mommy like she was a punching bag, all the while the kid only having an 80 IQ to beigin with.

 

Isn't Muelller the department head at Highlands?

Unfortunately. You are exactly right. Its one of those truths that few seem to accept or even want to know exists.

Completely agree but it is not just special needs students that have to deal with that.

Has Lloyd set a deadline for filling the position? Also, who is running spring practices right now for the Juggs?

Lloyd is on Spring break this week and Coach Smith has been running the weight program. As for spring practice they have not had one as of this date. Interview's from what I heard Tuesday would take place starting next week after spring break is over. JD
