I also think we overlook the talent aspect of this. All of the talent in NKY is being siphoned to perennial programs. Not that I am against that, I would want to harvest athletic talent if I were a school simply from a student morale aspect. The higher the student and student athlete morale, the more parents want thier kids to attend. Lloyd will be able to pick up some talent but not nearly as much as others in the area.

The Holmes assistant was probably Ben Nevels he used to be an assistant at Lloyd.

Not at all, he was not part of the current staff. I know Ben and my objection would be his ability to get a quality staff around him and his lack of head coaching experience. He is a very good coach, he should look to be a cordinator first.

I know a few have got to Simon Kenton.

Over the year's we have lost several good players to: CovCath, Dixie, Beechwood, Boone, SK, Cooper and Ryle. This is going to

happen. I feel there is a good canidate at Lloyd that could change this. I do not have the liberty to say whom that person is at
