HAHAHAHA!!! Good try VOR. It aint goin to happen. People are not that stupid and actually have more respect than you are giving. Because it's not worth it!

1. CovCath - Constantly there is a group of parents never happy. Playing time, coaching, style of play, etc etc.

2. Boone - They don't realize how good they have it. One of the best coaches in our area and doesn't get enough respect.

3. Ryle - Not so much now but in the past they have been tough to deal with for coaches.

tdy ... either you are a genius or I am an idiot (I am sure you would say both are true) because I have no idea what you think I was trying to do. I started this thread because for the past few weeks every time I read a game thread on CCH it seemed like there were complaints about Listerman. And then I remembered the same thing happening on here the previous years. That is it. Bottom line, you are reading way too much into what I post on here. I post what I think and no hidden motives. I am a straight shooter. If I thought Highlands fans were the toughest, I would have said it. Personally, I don't think they are. They have high standards but they don't make unrealistic demands and assumptions when complaining about coaches.

What is it with all the Highlands folks and the hahahaha-maybe Highlands attitude or Highlands arrogance. VOR was asking a serious question and it appears CovCath and Boone seem to be the winners here. Not every thread is about Highlands. The Birds have not been a factor in hoops for a while. If he or she wanted to start a thread like that they would have...seen plenty of other postings about that particular basketball team.

I'll go along with you on this one. If this were to happen late in the season it could be an unneeded distraction for a team.

Boone County has had a very, very positive group this year compared to past years. Of course there is always one idiot in every crowd, but you just can't let that one spot of cancer that gets on here and dogs their coach or makes rude comments in the stands about the coach or players bring the rest of the group or team down. My theory is what I can't hear I can't be mad about so just stay away from the cancerous fans or parents and keep it a positive experience for your player. Boone is still trying to get rid of some cancer from past years that keep coming back even though their former player isn't even there no longer, but for the most part it's gone! We are about 99% Cancer Free! LOL
