Louisville 71 Marquette 70

Huge come from behind win for the Cards, who were down by as many as 18 in the second half (I think). Only lead they had in the second half was the final score. Preston Knowles single-handedly brought them back w/ 5-8 3-pt. shooting.

What a game! Preston was THE MAN! Not only with the 3, but that last pass to Kuric....smart move there.

Incredible comeback. When Knowles is feeling it, he really doesn't miss.

Wow! That game was great! UL sleep walks for 35 minutes. Marquette goes into stall mode. UL gets in hurry up. Amazing!

UL big big comeback. Being down 16 points and fighting the last 5 minutes to beat a good Marquette team.

University of Louisville needs to realize none of their sports teams should playe before noon. They never get going until at least after 1pm,\

Incredible comeback by UL. Knowles was a beast behind the arc.

I really can not believe what I just saw......just cannot believe it.

Marquette is one of the worst teams at closing out a game. Saw them give one up @ Vandy shortly after Christmas.

Yes Preston was...so very proud of him and all the Cards. Loved the pass to Kuric. Preston can shoot, but also makes great passes.

Same way he was in the finals of the 10th region tourney in 2007, his senior year.

Great game by Louisville.

But what a stupid play by the Marquette player. Why on earth did he try to score. All he had to do was run around for a while.

The real story here is the Cards were down 65-47 with just over 5 minutes to go. Then CRP puts Elisha Justice in the game. The Cards go on an 18-2 run and outscores Marquette 24-5 the rest of the way and come back to beat Marquette. Although Knowles will get all of the credit saying that PK and SVT scored all of the points in the 15-0 spurt, I think the unsung hero for the game is EJ!!! GO CARDS!!!

Big win and I'm really happy that they got this one; I was questioning rather or not they would. Hopefully Knowles can play this way for the remainder of the season, it would be nice.

Didn't get to watch because of work, but did the Cards go with a 3-guard and 4-guard lineup exclusively down the stretch?

LOL Marquette. Impressive comeback.
