January 12, 201115 yr Author Thanks to all for the prayers and please continue them. Birdsfan's blood pressure had dropped very low, he's losing blood and they're not sure why. Tests have been done and he's been admitted to the ICU. I'm hoping they will figure out why he's losing blood and hopefully they can fix the problem so he can finally start feeling better soon. He hasn't felt himself, as other have pointed out, since the ordeal before Christmas.
January 12, 201115 yr Author ^ Feels like an episode of House, hopefully they figure it out soon.Rockmom had recently told Birdsfan that exact thing! I hope they have a doctor as smart as House with a much better bedside manner.

January 13, 201115 yr Author I just talked to Birdsfan a few minutes ago. All things considered, he sounded OK on the phone. He at least feels much better than he did this morning when he was taken to the hospital. There still is no answer to what's causing the problem. When they finally got a blood pressure this morning it was around 56/34 and that's dangerously low. I'm just thankful to the good Lord that they were able to get him quickly to the hospital to start receiving treatment! He told me his blood volume was about a quarter of what it's supposed to be and that he was just finishing up a forth unit of blood already. He sounds as upbeat as he can, he even cracked a joke with me which was music to my ears since he's been feeling so lousy lately that he just hadn't been doing hardly any of that over the last two weeks. I will keep you all updated as I learn any new information. In the mean time, please continue your prayers for him. He's been peeking in when he feels OK and is aware of all the kind words from all of you and he's very grateful.

January 13, 201115 yr My prayers are continuing, Mrs. Rambler and myself just had a joint prayer as well. May God be with BF, family and friends and carry him through.
