HOMELESS CAMEL
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — One shoe or two, Brad Smith was too much for the Bengals. Smith, the Jets' Mr. Everything, scored on an 89-yard kickoff return during which he lost his left shoe and also had a 53-yard touchdown run in New York's 26-10 victory over Cincinnati on Thursday night. Hours after New England beat Detroit to improve to 9-2, New York matched the Patriots and the Jets are off to the second-best start in team history — eclipsed only by the 1986 squad that won 10 of its first 11. And the Jets did it by overcoming a sluggish first half and sending the Bengals (2-9) to their eighth straight loss. Mr. Pop35
Bengals need to put the young guys in the rest of the year... Palmer and the other Vets aren't going to win again this year!

Big Slick
I also hate to see Pettrey kick so bad, I would guess they will trying out more kickers this week coming.
mcpapa
We can't have any Palmer apologists left, can we? He was horrid last night. CP tried to throw 15+ yards eight times last night. QB rating for those attempts was the same as Mr. Blutarsky's grade point average.

HammerTime
Quietly Revis has returned to form. Feeds on guys like Owens. It wasn't exactly like TOs response was unprovoked, Revis said something about him first I don't blame TO for saying something back.
SSC
CP was really bad. Marvin Lewis was worse. Joe Reedy reported that Marvin didn't challenge the punt recovery because he didn't know where his challenge flag was. Marvin countered that he was told not to challenge it from someone in the booth. My guees is Reedy was correct the first time and Marvin couldn't find the flag. If they do have people in the booth telling him when to challenge they're correct about 10 percent of the time. This organization is a joke. Marvin is a joke.
SSC
He couldn't have thrown it in the ocean from 6 feet last night. As bad as he was he was just as good as Sanchez. He's as good as most guys in the league. They have a million issues and IMO CP isn't one of them. They are probably the only team in the NFL that doesn't start a 1st round pick on either line. Did you not see him throw into triple coverage in the end zone for an interception??????? Doesn't that qualify as an issue? Wake up and smell the coffee... Or atleast just wake up.
