nees1212
After a healthy dose of this, the defense generally can not help but to cheat up, with that a bubble screen to Orndorff and he is to the house, he'll likely be the fastest player on the field. Watch for the Lightner kid from BC. He's small, but he can fly. He made a remarkable interception Friday night on what I thought was clearly an overthrow. I'd like to see him matchup with Orndorff Friday night.

I see by your roster that Lightner plays DB and WR, is this true? How much action do the WRs get at Boone?

That would be Boone's roster, not mine. I've only seen Boone play twice this year, both against Dixie. The first game they threw much more than expected. The second game, they threw more than they needed IMO. The QB is young, and has a decent arm. However, he can create things with his legs. IMO, this game will be a great learning experience for these young sophomores. Anything can happen, but I think they are another year or two away from competing with Trinity. He plays in spots at WR. They don't see a ton of action but before you know it, one is streaking down the sideline for a touchdown. You can't fall asleep on them. I think you will be surprised by Boone County. Everyone talks about the "one dimentional team". They do have an effective passing game, but they run the ball so well they don't have to use it. Birdsfan
Ummmm.....sure! Look me up! I'll be the one in the Trinity Football sweatshirt! But it will be quite difficult for you to actually read the sweatshirt. Just look for a faint green blur spanning the length of the Rocks' bleachers.
