  1. As far as I know the summer practices will be at Freedom Park. At least that is where the passing league practice is.....
  2. Congrats to Nick and Hunter.....
  3. For me It's Dearborn County High School Aurora, Indiana 1990. :sssh:
  4. Let me start by saying I have no doubt that Trinity has had some phenomenal football teams over the years. The fact that they beat Boone County in 1994 is irrelevant as far as this discussion of Shaun Alexander goes. Yes, Trinity did have a great defense that year. However, this is proof that one game does not separate a good player from a great player. We all have to agree that Shaun Alexander is a great football player. His stats speak for them selves.
  5. He still is no joke. You could tell by watching him in highschool that he has natural talent and would do great thing in college and the NFL.
  6. When you are returning all but 12 or 13 players that won the district and your JV team was 9-1 you have alot if talent to pull from. It will be a fight for starting spots next year, and that is a good thing.
  7. I am sure Senior Jesse Wenning will be somewhere in the mix.
  8. How did the statement "very easily be the best in more than just NKY" turn into very easily beating Trinity?
  9. At Dixie we have a The Football Moms, we participate in several different fund raisers each year to raise money for the team, for different things the coaches need (headsets, the Spritzmobile etc) and spirit wear for the team. We provide team meals every Thursday after practice. The boys get a "snack" every Tuesday after practice. Most of the starting team is at every JV and freshman game on the sidelines. I am sure there are several more "traditions" I am leaving out, but this is what I have off the top of my head.
  10. Score? How much time left?
  11. ^^^^^^^^^^^ 14-13 Russell

  13. I know that, you know that, everyone in the stands knew that..... But I guess no one told the ref........
  14. I hear you on that.. I was able to watch until Tommy's INT. I wanted to see those blocks by Shawn and Stephen again. That was about all I could stand... Hats off to Boone, they came to play.....
  15. It didn't work for me, because I had already told them we NEVER Lose we just don't always win.
  16. :thumb: There are more important things in life than winning, such as turning eager boys into confident young men that will excel in all phases of life.
