What was the deal w/ the FC fan waving the FC flag in front of the HHS fans, getting the flag taken away, jumping ugly with the police officer that took the flag and then gettin' dragged out by the elbow by the same officer?

Also, nice tribute to the HHS Girls Soccer Team at halftime.

That's called a job well done by the Ft. Thomas police department.

Congrats to HHS on a great win and a continuation of a great tradition, hope we can see you again next year and execute better, Coach better, and win.

"It looked to me that the FC boyz were not nearly as in shape as the HHS boyz. "

The FC boys might have been lacking the muscular stature of some of the HHS players but as far as comparing their conditioning you should probably realize FC played about 17 or 18 kids the whole, game, I think they were in great shape to do that. Good Job FC you have came a long way! But......... never be satisified.

Great Job Birds!!!!!!!! :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: Now let's get ready for the Knights!!!!!

Wow. I don't know that much about Franklin Co. but this is an impressive final. The tough schedule that the Birds have played, seems to be paying off when it counts the most. Looks like we "could" be on a collision course once again. Good job Birds.

Good win for the Birds, continue your hard work. :thumb:

Sounds like FC...

FC Fans were out of touch. They were whooping and dancing while there own player was laying on the turf obviously hurt pretty badly. No respect for the game.

I would have to agree, they did that on many occasions. They also decided that it of course would be a good time to chant and play songs and dance while the STATE CHAMPION girls soccer team was being honored as well.

Yes, I was bothered by that lack of courtesy also. Then of course there were the chants when the officiating didn't go quite their way.

And by the way, what was the deal with the "drum-off" at half time? Everybody was wondering if they were going to get off the field so the second half could start. You go to a football game and band camp breaks out.

Hopefully people realilze that behavior doesn't represent the football program's attitude. While it's great that FC brought a bunch of fans and people are excited about football again, some seem to just be there because that's what everyone else is doing, not necessarily a true fan or someone who actually watches the game.

My question is are the band and the student section inconsiderate at all games? If they happen to be at an oppossing school on homecoming, do they chant and play during the opposing teams announcing of the homecoming candidates etc. ? If so the admin. really needs to clue them in on sportsmanship.
