It was close for a while and then.........

This was a great game in the first half. Franklin CO. came within inches of making it 28-21 at the half on a Hail Mary as time expired. In the second half the Birds took care of business.

GOOD GAME BIRDS!!!

3 years in a row with a running clock for Highlands-v-FC!

Hmm...

Tradition accounted for at least 21 points tonight.

Tradition accounted for at least 21 points tonight.

No...no...tradition doesn't pass or run or kick...

In all seriousness, Franklin played one heck of a game in the first half! That QB of theirs is great!

And then some.

Birds are peaking BIG-TIME at the RIGHT time. Go Birds!!!

Sad to see another team down state with a flashy record sent home by the Birds in the playoffs so roughly!

As I predicted a no contest go Birds beat the Knights!

Birds get the Knights. Where is the game played?

In the Bird Nest! :ylsuper:

I will most definitely be rooting for the Birds to beat LexCath because if they do so and Rockcastle County defeats Bell County, then I'll be able to watch my boys for the first time this year.
